Rev. Dr. Tom Norris
CEO, Spiritual Counselor, Trainer, University Professor, Author, and Minister
Tom is the CEO and founder of Inner Life Transformations, now headquartered in Southern Alabama. He brings 53 years of experience as a Social Worker; Psychotherapist; Individual, Group, Marriage and Family Therapist; Hypnotherapist; Pastoral/Spiritual Counselor; Chaplain; Past Life Regressionist; and Trainer to this work. Tom has Master of Social Work, Master of Divinity, and Doctor of Ministry Degrees. He teaches in the Religious Studies Department of Florida International University and authored two books: A Fresh Cup of Tolerance, subtitled Universalism: The New Religion of Tolerance, and A Fresh Cup of Counseling, subtitled A Handbook of Spiritual Counseling, which can be found on Amazon and all major booksellers. He is also an ordained Senior Minister for the Universalist Church he founded in 1992, Medicine Signs Spiritual Center.

Spiritual and Pastoral Counselor, Trainer, and Minister
Lisa comes to Inner Life Transformations after acting for eleven years as the founding director, clinical director, and pastoral counselor of a spiritually-integrated counseling center in Michigan. She brings 31 years of experience as a Pastor, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Pastoral and Spiritual Counselor, and Congregational Development MBraining and Spiritual Direction Coach/Facilitator/Teacher. Lisa has a Master of Divinity degree and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Counseling and Psychotherapy. Lisa is also a Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator and will shortly be certified as an End-of-Life Conscious Dying Coach and Doula (midwife) through the Conscious Dying Institute.
Stacy Bond, LCSW
Spiritual Counselor, Trainer, Tarot and Numerology Reader
Stacy comes to Inner Life Transformations from New Mexico with more than 15 years of experience as a Social Worker; Individual, Family, and Group Therapist; Adolescent Counselor; and Addictions Counselor. In addition to her Master of Social Work degree, she is experienced in Art Therapy and has worked extensively with local Native American communities. Stacy conducts Tarot and Numerology readings as well.
Professor Mihaela Plugarasu
Parenting Consultant, Author, College Teacher, Counselor, and Coach
Mihaela Plugarasu, M.S., is an educator with over 20 years of leadership, self-development, and teaching experience. She is also a mom and co-parent. Mihaela lectures in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Mihaela is the 1st certified parent educator for Parenting-by-Connection in the State of Florida by Hand in Hand Parenting. In this role, she facilitates community training to promote mental health, workshops, classes, and individual work with families. Mihaela uses her own ABC Formula of Conscious Parenting to help parents get started on this journey: Self-Awareness, Being Present, and Connection. She teaches parents how to use listening tools and science-based trauma integration to connect with themselves and their children, especially when parenting feels hard. Mihaela is the founder of Parenting Made Conscious, a community of conscious parents who come together for the purpose of learning, personal evolution, and creating a connection-based relationship with their children. Her first book, Conscious Parenting of Your Toddler: Strategies to Turn Discipline into Growth and Connection ( 2020), is now available on Amazon. Siramid is a certified Holistic Nutrition and Life Coach through the New York Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a graduate of Power Brain Wellness which empowers children and adults to improve focus, confidence, memory, creativity, and emotional wellness while reducing stress and anxiety. She is also a Minister in the Universalist Church, Medicine Signs Spiritual Center. She is passionate about helping people achieve long term health and wellness and to live a happy, healthy, confident, strong, energetic, purposeful life.
Rev. Cate Norris
Astrology, Tarot and Akashic Records Reader, Hypnotist, Spiritual Teacher, and Minister
Cate brings thirty years of experience to her spiritual work as a reader, healer and teacher. She is a Certified Master Hypnotist and skillful Past Life Regressionist. She has taught Tarot Classes at Miami Dade College and Medicine Signs Spiritual Center, and, in addition to Tarot Readings, is an accomplished Astrology Reader and Akashic Records Reader. Cate is a Shamballa Usui IV Reiki Master and is also trained in Magnified Healing and Espira Healing modalities. She is a Certified World Teacher of the Merkaba and has taught on six continents.
