Rev. Dr. Tom Norris
CEO, Spiritual Counselor, Trainer, University Professor, Author, and Minister
Rev. Dr. Tom Norris is the owner and a Spiritual and Pastoral Counselor at Inner Life Transformations. Tom has a Masters Degree of Social Work (MSW) from Barry University and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and Doctor of Ministry (DMin) from the Florida Center for Theological Studies. He has worked in the counseling field for 54 years as a Social Worker, Individual and Group Therapist, Hypnotherapist, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Spiritual and Pastoral Counselor. Tom also taught various psychology courses at several local universities for twenty years and, since 2005 has taught in the Religious Studies Department of Florida International University. He is the founder and Senior Minister for Medicine Signs Spiritual Center, a Universalist Church that has served people throughout the United States and on six continents since 1991. Tom authored two books, A Fresh Cup of Tolerance—Universalism: The New Religion of Tolerance and A Fresh Cup of Counseling: A Handbook of Spiritual Counseling, published by Wipf and Stock and found on Amazon. He is finishing a third book, A Fresh Cup of Spiritual Living: 52 Ways in 52 Weeks to Transform Your Life. Tom is a Reiki Master IV, certified in Magnified Healing, a Tarot teacher and reader, an Akashic Records reader, and an inner child and past life regressionist.
Rev. Dr. Lisa Semmler
Spiritual and Pastoral Counselor, Trainer, and Minister
Rev. Dr. Lisa Semmler comes to Inner Life Transformations after eleven years as the founding director, clinical director, and licensed counselor of a spiritually integrated counseling center in Michigan. Before that, she worked as a pastor in local churches for 25 years and in the Samaritan Counseling Center of Southeastern Michigan for 15 years as a licensed psychotherapist. Lisa brings 35 years of experience as a Pastor, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Pastoral and Spiritual Counselor, and Certified Facilitator of Holotropic Breathwork. She is also a certified coach in Congregational Development and MBraining, and Spiritual Direction. Lisa has a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) in Pastoral Counseling and Psychotherapy. Lisa is also certified as an End-of-Life Conscious Dying Coach, Doula (midwife) and educator through the Conscious Dying Institute.
Stacy Bond, LCSW
Spiritual Counselor, Trainer, Tarot and Numerology Reader
Stacy comes to Inner Life Transformations from New Mexico with 25 years of social work experience, including working with individuals, children, families, adolescents, and special needs populations. Stacy has experience in organizations that include prison populations, child welfare, and Native American-focused tribal and pueblo groups, where she learned about the importance of individual cultural approaches in counseling. Stacy has a Master of Social Work degree (MSW) and a clinical license in New Mexico, where she continues to serve the community where she lives. Stacy has also been a practitioner of metaphysical approaches in working with individuals with similar interests, including Tarot readings and Numerology readings as well as charts, which can be a comprehensive way to understand oneself in relation to others and our relationship to the Universe. Stacy is an intuitive artist and uses that gift in counseling with creative approaches to express oneself through art therapy and connecting to the deeper consciousness.
Professor Mihaela Plugarasu
Parenting Consultant, Author, College Teacher, Counselor, and NeuroMindfulness and Life Coach
Professor Mihaela Plugarasu, M.S., is an educator with over 20 years of leadership, self-development, and teaching experience. She is also a mom and co-parent. Mihaela lectures in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. She is the 1st certified parent educator for Parenting-by-Connection in the State of Florida by Hand in Hand Parenting. In this role, she facilitates community trainings to promote mental health, workshops, classes, and individual work with families. Mihaela uses her own ABC Formula of Conscious Parenting to help parents get started on this journey: Self-Awareness, Being Present, and Connection. She teaches parents how to use listening tools and science-based trauma integration to connect with themselves and their children, especially when parenting feels hard. Mihaela is the founder of Parenting Made Conscious, a community of conscious parents who come together for the purpose of learning, personal evolution, and creating a connection-based relationship with their children. Her first book, Conscious Parenting of Your Toddler: Strategies to Turn Discipline into Growth and Connection ( 2020), is now available on Amazon.
Mihaela is also a certified NeuroMindfulness Senior Coach by the NeuroMindfulness Institute based in Paris, France, and a graduate of the Compassionate Inquiry for Professionals with Dr. Gabor Mate.

Nutrition, Holistic, Life, and Spiritual Coach, and Minister
Siramid is a certified Holistic Nutrition and Life Coach through the New York Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a graduate of Power Brain Wellness, which empowers children and adults to improve focus, confidence, memory, creativity, and emotional wellness while reducing stress and anxiety. She is also a Minister in the Universalist Church, Medicine Signs Spiritual Center. She is passionate about helping people achieve long-term health and wellness and live happy, healthy, confident, strong, energetic, and purposeful lives.
Rev. Cate Norris
Astrology, Tarot and Akashic Records Reader, Hypnotist, Spiritual Teacher, and Minister
Cate brings thirty years of experience to her spiritual work as a reader, healer and teacher. She is a Certified Master Hypnotist and skillful Past Life Regressionist. She has taught Tarot Classes at Miami Dade College and Medicine Signs Spiritual Center, and, in addition to Tarot Readings, is an accomplished Astrology Reader and Akashic Records Reader. Cate is a Shamballa Usui IV Reiki Master and is also trained in Magnified Healing and Espira Healing modalities. She is a Certified World Teacher of the Merkaba and has taught on six continents. Cate is the Senior Minister at Medicine Signs Spiritual Center, a Universalist Church, and co-authored A Fresh Cup of Tolerance, which can be found on Amazon and all major booksellers.
